カラマグロスティス ‘チェジュド’(Cheju-Do）

ふんわりとした穂が秋風に揺れる、自然な趣のオーナメンタルグラス。

カラマグロスティス ‘チェジュド’ は、韓国・済州島（Cheju-Do）の名を持つ品種で、やわらかな葉姿と、霞のように広がる淡桃色の穂が魅力です。

夏の終わりから秋にかけて現れる穂は、光を受けることで銀色や薄紫にも見え、庭に繊細な季節感を与えます。直立しすぎず、自然に弧を描く草姿は、ナチュラルガーデンやメドーガーデンとの相性も抜群。宿根草の間に植えることで、風や光の流れを感じる柔らかな景観をつくります。

比較的丈夫で育てやすく、暑さ寒さにも強いため、東北以南の庭でも扱いやすいグラスです。冬には穂がベージュ色へと変化し、枯れ姿まで美しく楽しめます。
